Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Mozzie collects, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email, display name, and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider; we never see it).
• Workspace data: the business information you enter (names, websites, offers, brand details), photos and screenshots you upload, and the content Mozzie generates.
• Usage data: counts of generations and reworks, used to apply plan limits.
• Publishing connections: if you enable publishing, the social accounts you connect and the schedule of posts sent to them. You authorize each connection directly with the platform; we never see your social media passwords.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data. We do not collect payment card data; billing is currently arranged directly.

How your data is used

To run the service: generating your content, storing your workspaces, applying plan limits, and responding to support requests. Content you submit for analysis (photos, captions, insights screenshots, website text) is processed by our AI provider to produce your results and is not used by us to train models.

Who processes it

We share data with service providers only as needed to run Mozzie, in these categories:

• Hosting, database and file storage providers that store accounts, workspaces and uploads.
• AI processing providers that handle content-generation requests. Inputs are not used to train their models under our provider agreements.
• Stock media providers that serve licensed photography.
• Publishing providers that connect social accounts and deliver scheduled posts, for plans with publishing enabled.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. Email help@gomozzie.com to delete your account; we remove your account data and uploads within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Cookies

Only what sign-in requires (session storage). No advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion at any time via email. If you are in a region with specific privacy rights (such as GDPR or CCPA regions), we honor access, correction, deletion and portability requests.
