These terms govern your use of Mozzie, the social media content service available at gomozzie.com and app.gomozzie.com, operated by Mozzie ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Mozzie generates social media content: planned monthly calendars, designed graphics, captions, hashtags, and video scripts, based on the information you and your clients provide. Content is generated with artificial intelligence. You review and approve everything before it is used; we do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original in every phrasing, suitable for a given audience, or effective, and you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it anywhere.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business whose workspaces you manage.
Plans include stated limits on workspaces, monthly generations and reworks; trials include a limited preview with watermarked posts and no downloads. We may adjust limits and pricing prospectively; changes do not apply retroactively to a paid period. Payment terms are currently arranged directly with us by invoice.
You retain ownership of everything you upload (photos, logos, captions, screenshots) and everything Mozzie generates for your workspaces, to the extent permitted by law. You grant us the license needed to store and process that material to run the service. You confirm you have the rights to any material you upload, including your clients' materials.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The service is built on third-party infrastructure, AI model, stock media and publishing providers. Stock photography is served under the applicable stock license. Their availability affects ours; we are not liable for their outages. A current list of providers is available on request at help@gomozzie.com.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes of content you choose to publish.
You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by emailing us. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms. On termination we delete your data within a reasonable period, per the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
